(HEW Level 5 ) Based at the picturesque St Lucia Campus About This Opportunity We are seeking a n organised Administration Officer to support the effective and efficient operation of the agent relationships team. Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment Partnerships team, the role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative processes in support of team/office outcomes. Responsibilities: Administrative Excellence Handle finances: Oversee invoicing, reimbursements, and expenses. Provide support: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries . including responding to routine and non-routine queries involving interpretation of policy and procedures relating to processing of invoices Provides high level administrative support and office coordination for the team Technology and Process Improvement Drive efficiency: Utilize technology for streamlined operations. Build relationships: Foster connections with stakeholders. Optimize processes: Develop and implement efficient office procedures. Team Support and Office Management Contribute to team goals: Assist with projects and other duties as needed. Manage finances: Oversee office finances and travel arrangements. Maintain organization: Handle data entry, document management, and office operations.
