We are now seeking a skilled and driven Industrial Engineer to join our team at NPS. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimising our industrial processes and systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design innovative solutions, and implement process improvements that drive productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality. As an Industrial Engineer at NPS, you will be responsible for developing and analysing workflows, conducting time studies, and utilising different methodologies to improve operations. You will also ensure that all processes meet safety and quality standards, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimise industrial processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. • Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production workflows. • Implement process improvement methodologies to reduce waste and streamline operations. • Collaborate with various teams to develop solutions that meet project goals. • Analyse data and prepare detailed reports on process performance, providing recommendations for improvements. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all processes. • Lead and manage projects related to process improvement and system optimisation. • Train and mentor staff on best practices and process improvement techniques. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proactive and analytical problem-solver with a passion for optimising processes. A strong background in industrial engineering, with experience in process design, systems optimisation, and quality assurance. Skills and Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field. • Proven experience in process improvement, systems design, and optimisation within a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies. • Proficiency in industrial engineering software and statistical analysis tools. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards within an industrial setting. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
