Leveraging your love and passion for luxury product ranges along with your networks in the architecture and design community. You will be servicing walk-in clients and end consumers - working one-on-one with a designer or consumer in the morning, and then hosting a group of key accounts in the late afternoon by organising and producing an intimate hospitality event and presentation in the showroom. You take pride in delivering an outstanding showroom experience and excellent customer service. Your love of refinement and detail pays dividends while you liaise with consumers, designers, and architects. Your personal organisation and quiet hustle will elevate customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. This showroom role is mainly Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening work. This role has the potential to lead to further career development into a BDM sales role based on performance. In addition, you have access to staff discounts and ongoing training and development. Your responsibilities Deliver an exceptional showroom experience befitting your A&D client's high expectations and their guests Co-ordination of opportunities to bring clients into the showroom and provide an outstanding brand experience Consult and provide presentations to highlight key product features Execution of events, launches, and functions Administration, use for CRM, preparation of quotes, follow-ups and coordination of showroom bookings Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends Your skills & experience A background in interior design, architecture, furniture (retail or commercial), luxury fashion or premium branded products is ideal Experience working with premium/luxury product ranges is essential Poise, communication and presentation skills that befit the luxury experience Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and outstanding follow-up and administration skills Exposure to courting architects and interior designers in a showroom environment Expertise in event development, management, hospitality, catering etc. Saunders Lynn and Company is dedicated to servicing the needs of the interior, architectural, and construction products industries.
