STP Consultants is a well-established multi-disciplinary consulting firm offering Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire, and Seismic engineering services. Our consultative and integrated approach has made STP Consultants one of Queensland’s top privately owned consulting engineering firms. The principals of STP have been practicing engineers in Queensland for over 30 years. The Role You will: • Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients and other visitors • Assist with project fee proposals as required; • Provide administrative support to prepare reports, specifications and presentations • Administer petty cash • Coordinate motor vehicle maintenance and services • Assist with coordination of mobile phones/laptops/computers/monitors etc • Assist with travel coordination • Coordinate office supplies (stationery, kitchen etc) • Coordinate mail and courier services • Answer phones About you • Experience in an administration role in an engineering consultancy desirable (not essential) • Experience in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; • The ability to learn quickly; • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships; • A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment; • Unrestricted work rights for Australia is essential; Our People We empower our people; our culture is professional but fun.
