About the Role: The Administration Coordinator is a critical role in the team and is responsible for proficiently supporting all administration aspects related to the running of the Association. This role plays an integral part in supporting the team so that the office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Reception duties including phone, mailbox management, deliveries, greeting visitors and ensuring reception, meeting areas and office is presentable Membership enquiries through phone and inbox, member data updates and system integrity Support of board, committee and staff travel and accommodation bookings Ordering of general office suppliers, kitchen supplies and medals etc. Assisting with the creation and development of forms for the team, supporting meeting bookings and some diary management Maintaining the trophy register and updating honor roles Uniform and merchandise ordering and fulfillment Some general support to the CEO as necessary Other general administration and team support duties as necessary and required To be successful, you will have: Experience in Customer, Membership Services and/or Stakeholder Engagement A passion for delivering excellent customer service through a consultative and collaborative approach. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflict and negotiate Fantastic attention to detail, problem problem-solving skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Competency in technology, including phone calls and navigating CRMs or telephone systems, as well as MS Office Suite. If you are interested in this position, please apply ASAP.
