Our Client based in Bibra lake is seeking an mechanically minded individual to join their team as an assembler. Our client is a leading manufacturer of a very unique variety of flexible metal hoses, composite hoses, interlock hoses and pressure piping components. Duties will include: Support in daily operations of our Business. Follow all instructions on work orders. Ensure all Quality checkpoints on work order are understood and completed correctly. Manage inventory receipt and stock transfer using Convoluted ERP System (Syteline) Pick correct parts / components listed on Work Orders & Recipes for each job. Operating hose assembly equipment, including Inspection and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to keep it in a reliable working order. Assemble hoses to client’s needs. Pressure testing of hoses, fittings and pipe work. Final product check. Assist in completing bulk Hose and Fittings Kits. Prepare finished goods for transport. Arrange pickups and deliveries by booking on-line transport companies or contacting clients to notify them the goods are ready, as required.
