Role Overview Gympie Regional Council has an exciting opportunity for two existing GRC employees looking to take the next step in their career. The successful applicants will deliver the assigned construction and rehabilitation projects for roads, bridges and associated assets with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service. Ensuring financial management, quality products, value for money, timely works delivery and the health and safety of staff. Essential Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrated ability in leadership and management of teams. Knowledge of relevant contemporary practice and legislation Demonstrated ability to implement and foster a customer service culture. Queensland ‘C’ Class driver’s licence or above that is current and maintained. Construction Industry White/Blue card. Manual of Traffic Control Devices Level 2 certification. Essential Requirements: Coordinate the human and physical resources in order to carry out Construction activities. Coordinate staff training and facilitate staff development within their work teams.
