ABOUT THE ROLE As the Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in supporting the operational management of our therapy centre. Working closely with our therapists, management, and other stakeholders, your role will involve ensuring efficient administration processes, assisting with the coordination of therapy services, and supporting the team in meeting their goals. You will be responsible for maintaining records, managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting the broader operational needs of the centre. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support to the therapy team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage client bookings, communications, and follow-up processes to enhance the client experience. Assist with maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NDIS, AHPRA). Support the management team with reporting, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Foster positive relationships with clients, team members, and external stakeholders. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of administrative processes and systems. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Essential Selection Criteria: Proven experience in an administration role, ideally within a healthcare or allied health setting. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to the role. Knowledge of NDIS and other regulatory requirements is highly regarded. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Desirable: Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting. Familiarity with financial processes and reporting. Understanding of the local community and health sector. You are required to hold or have the ability to acquire/apply before commencement: Blue Card for Working with Children in QLD. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. National Police Check.
