Opportunity for an experienced retail administrator to join an onsite team based at a Western Suburbs Shopping Centre. Our client is an outstanding WA based landlord with a diverse and evolving portfolio that includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial, land and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture. You will be a key on-site team member, responsible for the day to day financial management and administration duties for a western suburbs shopping centre. Additional duties include but not limited to: Assisting the Centre Manager and Retail Manager with the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts and audits. Providing financial information to stakeholders. Raising invoices, purchase orders, interest charges and reconciliation of tenant accounts and rental arrears. Managing daily retailer and tenant issues and assisting the centre manager with lease administration. Understanding and implementation of the Law and Retail Tenancy Act. Review legal invoices and documentation. Maintain and manage bank guarantees and the insurance register. Database management. General administration duties. Ideal Candidate 3 years experience in the retail property industry. Ability to deal with complaints and resolve conflict situations. Highly proficient in word, excel and outlook. Strong attention to detail and highly focussed on accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise. Strong time management and organisational skills.
