About the Role: As the Head of Design and Build in our newly aligned Learning & Innovation team, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end design system and processes to enable a market leading digital learner experience for the CPA Program and Professional Development product portfolios, as well as creative services for content assets and publications. As an experienced digital first education professional, the Head of Design and Build will manage the build of all digital courseware and content assets, leveraging a team of creatives across instructional design, graphic design, video and podcast production, and writing/editorial. You will work in close partnership with the Head of Education Strategy, and Head of Digital Enablement to develop an end-to-end best of breed learner experience in the delivery of courseware and content assets. As a contemporary digitally tech savvy leader, you will introduce agile ways of working to drive education and content requirements utilising data models to measure design quality and build a team culture of innovation anchored in compelling data and insights.
