Permanent full-time position based Sydney 26 days' annual leave, including 1 for your birthday Flexible working arrangements - work from home and office each week Role As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will design and develop online learning materials including transforming existing and new content into online modules. This role collaborates with, Academic Content Writers, Multimedia Producers and other members of the content team to develop engaging content This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate true leadership by providing guidance and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, and encouraging professional growth. Responsibilities Design and develop online and digital learning objects that provide learners with opportunities to practice and develop their knowledge and skills In collaboration with Academic Content Writers use authoring tools to customise learning material for online delivery Modify the design and delivery of online learning materials as and when required Ensure learning materials reflect the needs of learners and current industry standards Provide guidance and support to a team of Instructional Designers to ensure high-quality deliverables Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development Apply sound instructional design principals to learning and assessment approaches and processes Monitor feedback from key stakeholders on design and delivery of content and ensure continues improvement occurs Compliance with all company policies and procedures including WHS legislation requirements Requirements 4 years of experience as an instructional designer Qualifications in education design or related field Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels Experience in using eLearning technologies and their applications including Articulate’s Rise, and/or Storyline and Captivate Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite Experience working in a collaborative team environment with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
