We are recruiting for a permanent Warehouse Operations Coordinator who has the desire to work within the Live Events and Broadcast industries to join our vibrant team of employees based at the Botany warehouse location in Sydney’s inner south near Mascot airport. This role is focused on warehouse operations duties that support the planning, coordination and execution of the warehouse activities focusing on asset availability, distribution and tracking. Essential criteria to be a successful applicant is experience in the following areas: • Warehouse operations where technical and high-end equipment is in use • Experience with inventory management systems (we use EasyJob) • Highly organised to ensure timely management of inbound and outbound inventory • Experience with loading and unloading vehicles and trucks with driving duties as required About you; • Current Drivers licence • Self-motivated • Able to work in a team • Willing to learn and look for leadership and guidance • Able to demonstrate technical thinking and aptitude • Flexible attitude towards work hours given the times that events are on • Reliable and well presented Desired criteria include: • Previous entertainment / audiovisual / TV industry experience highly regarded. • Basic IT skills including inventory management systems. • Completion of industry-related certificate or diploma is beneficial but not essential. • Working experience in a warehousing operations setting If you have the drive and desire to work in live events and broadcasting, you will earn the opportunity to become involved in Big Picture’s provision of professional event services.
