The role: This company is seeking a results driven, Head of Sales to help assist with the exponential growth and expansion of the business, playing a pivotal role in gaining new customers and managing an existing team of 6 reps. You will be directly responsible for several major key accounts to maintain and grow relationships while achieving sales targets. Alongside this, you will be a key part of the management team with an eye on managing pricing and margins you will also contribute to developing overall strategy by highlighting and pursuing profitable growth opportunities with new and existing customer accounts across grocery, homewares and hardware nationally. With their products being a trend on socials and having some of the best-selling products to come off the internet, you will be most likely recognised to customers due to the impeccable reputation this company has in its industry, which means, if you have the personality and ability to build strong relationships and close deals, this could be a role for you. Responsibilities: Reach and exceed sales targets Manage 6 sales reps & Develop a high-performing sales culture Continuously bring in new sales opportunities and following with existing clients. Monitor and report on account performance Manage a pipeline of new and existing clients Analyse and evaluate needs in the market, actively seeking to fulfil them Execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into valued customers. What they need from you: Proven sales experience in FMCG. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong relationship building experience Track record of smashing targets Proven sales management experience Salary/Benefits $130-150 Base Super Commission.
