Warehouse Team Lead needed to lead the daily operations of a Sydney OEM Warehouse, including receivals, despatch, and inventory functions. The Role As our clients newly appointed Warehouse Team Lead you will lead in the daily operations of an OEM warehouse. As Warehouse Team Lead you will lead a small team of 3 others while being responsible for: Receiving and dispatching goods Perform cycle counts and manage inventory Procurement of raw materials Keep track of product quality Meet individual KPI’s set by the Service Centre Manager Manage logistics, delivery times and transport costs About You You will bring with you your strong team building capabilities and OEM warehousing experience. Having previously made significant contributions to increasing efficiencies in this environment, you will also possess: Understanding of QA system requirements Logistic skills (packaging and loading freight) Computer literacy and the ability to learn in house ERP system Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to plan and organise This is a HANDS-ON role and will require a current forklift license Be rewarded with an attractive base rate super OT and work Mon-Fri 7am to 3.30pm.
