The Role: General administration (Raising Purchase Orders, Purchasing Stock Customer service / Sales calls to clients General office/admin/sales to current clients Emails and Reporting Liaising with subcontractors and drivers Record Keeping & Record Management Data Entry & File management Handling phone calls/emails Liaising with senior representatives in a professional manner Essential Criteria Strong Administration skills Strong Customer service skills Proactive team member, capable of working under pressure in a busy and challenging environment Effective time management abilities to meet strict deadlines and targets Experience in Food/Wholesale industry - highly regarded Excellent computer skills Full Driving Licence Ability to work in a team environment Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills APPLY NOW
