About the role Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers. Develop recipes and determine how to present dishes.
