What You’ll Do: As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how our customers and prospects utilise Nearmap’s Imagery, 3D, and AI technologies. Your role will involve: Advise & Innovate: Use your expertise to guide customers and prospects in leveraging Nearmap’s solutions to solve their unique challenges and achieve exceptional results. Support & Collaborate: Partner with our Sales Team to deliver tailored support, including demos, integrations, and custom applications, both on-site and virtually. Drive Success: Work closely with internal teams—Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success—to shape our tech stack, create compelling content, and enhance our customer experience. Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, using your technical expertise to provide insights and recommendations on integrating Nearmap’s solutions to address unique challenges and achieve exceptional outcomes. Support Sales: Work closely with our Sales Team to provide pre-sales and post-sales support. This includes running discovery calls, delivering demos, creating custom proof-of-concepts, and designing bespoke applications using Nearmap’s APIs. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive product improvements, create compelling content, and support strategic initiatives.
