Description Great New Opportunity Now Available - Join us Based at Rockhampton we are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to be part of our dynamic team. You will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, show a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining a safe workplace. Skills And Experiences Your Main Responsibilities will include/ Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff. Provide guidance, support, and direction to the warehouse team. Ensure accurate and efficient inventory control, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. Implement inventory management systems and procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies. Plan and organize daily activities to meet operational goals and customer requirements including picking, packing and fulfilling wholesale orders via internal and external logistics. Identify process improvements and implement strategies to streamline warehouse operations. Foster internal and external relationships with Wholesale Customers, Key Account Customers & Wholesale Team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Provide training to warehouse staff on safety protocols and procedures. Investigate and report any workplace accidents or incidents. To be successful you will possess the following attributes Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Current Forklift licence (LF) Current Drivers licence Why Us?
