Work closely with senior legal practitioners and head of practice groups to ensure precedents are up-to date, legally sound and are continuously improving . Arrange training and support for staff on continuous precedent usage. Conducting quality checks , ensuring legal precedents are consistent across the firm. The ideal candidate: Prior experience in personal injury law, from at least 5-7 years preferably with precedent development experience. Bachelors Degree in Law. Proficient with knowledge management technologies and systems. Excellent communication, analytical and legal research skills. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively, prioritising important matters.
