ABOUT THE JOB We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude, exceptional service skills, and attention to detail. The role requires someone reliable and available for evenings, night shifts, and weekends. This role is initially available on a casual basis for 15 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: General waiting and service duties, including serving food, coffee, snacks, and bartending. Professional service and dispensing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Assisting with gaming machine operations, phone inquiries, and guest check-ins and check-outs. Providing prompt, courteous customer service. Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations and a safe environment. Assisting with cash handling, machine payouts, and general administration tasks. Promoting responsible gambling and service practices, offering support when needed. Working collaboratively with the team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the gaming lounge. Familiarizing yourself with all food and beverage offerings, systems, and till operations. Following Safe Work Procedures at all times. Ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards. Performing any additional duties directed by Management.
