The Job: Participate in the design and development of mechanical systems and equipment for agricultural applications. Assist in the preparation of estimates and project proposals, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. Support the project management team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Collaborate with senior engineers to refine designs and ensure alignment with project specifications and client requirements. Involvement in the commissioning process, including onsite testing and troubleshooting of equipment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices. Engage in cross-functional teamwork with departments such as procurement, production, and quality assurance. Skills & Requirements: A recent university degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering practices. Some proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Enthusiasm for learning and developing expertise in special purpose mechanical equipment. Willingness to travel to project sites as required for commissioning and support activities. What's on Offer? Exposure to large-scale and innovative engineering projects.
