Description We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Administrator at the ECU Village – Mount Lawley Campus, on a one year contract on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. The administrator has delegated responsibilities for the operations, administration and conferencing activities of the Village. Training will be provided for the successful candidate. Key responsibilities include the following: Manage the processing of applications, reapplications, changes to resident/tenant bookings. Manage the rent deduction process ensuring breach and termination notices are issued as per the Residential Tenancy Act. Receive and resolve resident enquiries and issues received and/or delegate them. Assist with routine rent inspections of resident apartments throughout the year. Manage the villages accounts receivable. Manage the preparation of quotes and invoices. Work with Village Management to achieve agreed budgeted occupancy targets. Ensure a positive impression of the Village is created for all prospective residents, parents and clients through the provision of excellent customer service. Skills And Experiences Essential criteria for this role include: Previous experience in an operational administration and/or sales role. Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities. Experience in a service based industry, with a commitment to customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database management systems such as StarRez and web content management systems. Team focused, with a track record of working towards the achievement of team goals. Must possess an ability to act in an independent, mature, confident, flexible, trustworthy and discreet manner, preserving the confidentiality of information. Current National Police Check Previous experience in Property management is desirable.
