About the role: Role : Customer Service Representative Anticipated Duration: 5 to 6 weeks Start Date: 8 th October Location: Northbridge (very close to Southbank) Hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5 pm); the anticipated hours are 40 hours per week for this contract. Salary: $32 - $35 p/h (depending on experience) Benefits: Potential to go permanent, incentives for performance over the duration Role Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls using a provided script to gather key information to update the database Engage with clients for approximately 2.5 minutes per call, asking eight straightforward questions, including: Confirming name, job title, and email address Inquiring about fleet size and vehicle types Meet performance targets by making 100 to 130 calls per day. Accurately enter data directly into HubSpot.
