The Fulton Hogan Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a structured 12-month program, designed to assist you in learning about various facets of our business, enabling you to utilise your strengths whilst also creating opportunities for self-growth. As a Fulton Hogan Graduate you will be able take full advantage of our tailored training and regular personal development sessions to enhance your professional growth. As well as leverage our partnerships with industry association such as Engineers Australia, Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia, Infrastructure Sustainability Council, The National Association of Women in Construction, plus many more. Day to day you will : Conduct technical research to meet the needs of the business Collection and analysis of pavement condition data Work with Senior Engineers to develop pavement solutions Conduct pavement and site inspections Produce pavement and technical reports as required Ensure safety is a part of all day-to-day workplace principles, activities and standards To help you get started you will need: To be working towards or have completed a relevant Degree qualification. A practical mindset, with a REAL hands-on approach to getting things done in a safe manner. Passion, enthusiasm and drive, with a desire to work as part of a team. Creative thinking, good decision making and analytical skills and resilience. Flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends or night shift (if required).
