We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Temperzone and Hitachi, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring our products and services are represented positively and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to orders, sales, pricing, and general stock. Process customer quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing, and manage deliveries. Oversee inventory control, stock allocation, and inter-branch stock transfers. Manage returns, credits, and work with the credit department on customer accounts. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Organise deliveries and logistics, manage back orders, and handle special delivery requirements. Address and resolve customer conflicts and complaints effectively. Adhere to company safety and environmental policies, demonstrating safe work practices.
