Join Our Team as the RDHM VNA Systems Engineer DHSV is on the lookout for a dynamic RDHM VNA Systems Engineer to join our passionate, high performing team In this pivotal role, you'll take a lead in the solution architect design, build and configuration in onboarding RDHM to the VNA. As a key member of the RDHM VNA project team, you will work with the Vendors to design and implement at our Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA) solution. Your expertise will guide the architectural design, build, and configuration processes as we onboard RDHM to the VNA. What You'll Do: Lead the Way: Spearhead solution architecture design and build processes for RDHM’s VNA onboarding. Innovate & Secure: Test and evaluate new technologies using Cyber Security best practices, including assessments and treatment action plans. Collaborate on Security: Oversee security penetration testing and address vulnerability findings in collaboration with the ICT Systems Team. Ensure Compliance: Review systems to ensure they are supported and appropriately licensed for compliance with copyright and usage requirements. Drive Improvement: Identify and manage opportunities to enhance processes and systems, ensuring timely implementation without compromising quality. Troubleshoot & Investigate: Oversee the troubleshooting and root cause investigation of technical incidents to maintain operational excellence. What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field. Strong understanding of networking, firewalling, WAN connectivity, proxy technologies, intrusion prevention, vulnerability mitigation, and two-factor authentication. Expertise in high availability web environments, hosting, load balancing, and DNS. Experience designing and administering hybrid cloud infrastructures (vNets/VPCs, subnets, security groups, network appliances, virtual machines). Proficiency with Microsoft and VMware, including architecting and administering enterprise server environments. Experience in planning and implementing servers, routing, and switching across WAN and LAN. Experience in solution architecture and systems engineering. Strong technical background, particularly in VNA or related healthcare IT systems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
