The Senior Onboarding Engineer will onboard new customers and customer data to MSS systems and is responsible for advanced design, support, and management of customer-facing security solutions for CyberCX. In this role, you will: Lead the onboarding and implementation of technical solutions to support the provision of managed services for customers Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/ vendors Effectively consult and communicate with customers and evaluate their business needs with regards to their managed security services Design and develop high quality solutions, including integration of customer systems and tools used to deliver the contracted service Conduct internal and client communications around security and tooling related issues Coordinate the support, maintenance, and upgrading of managed systems Identify and implement improvements to system reliability and performance Provide support for internal and customer housed security tooling Meet deadlines and project timeframes, and effectively manage both customer and internal expectations Provide operational support and project support to client accounts, taking the initiative to drive improvement and deliver successful outcomes for customers, including improvements post-engagement Provide operational guidance, mentoring and support to peers Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers About you: Experience deploying Microsoft Sentinel and Defender for Endpoint Experience onboarding cloud-based and on-premise data sources into Sentinel Industry recognised qualifications preferred Suitable vendor certifications preferred 3 years minimum experience in a similar role onboarding complex customer data into managed security services systems or greater than 5 years’ experience in administrating systems that are considered key data sources In-depth experience or understanding of IT security tools and controls including SIEM, IDS/IPS, Anti-Virus, WAF preferred In-depth understanding of security and analytical concepts Exposure to IT security operations in a large or complex organisation Effective stakeholder engagement, consultation and communication skills with an ability to build credibility and trust with leaders, internal working teams and customers The ability to drive results for customers through optimal work processes and effective teamwork Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Current and ex-serving ADF members are encouraged to apply Great advantages for great people A salary package that recognises your experience plus a range of advantages (just some of which are listed below – ask us for a benefits brochure).
