Our IT team is looking for a new team member who will play a critical role as an ECM Application Support Engineer. What you can bring to the role To be successful in this role you will have 3 years of experience in customising and configuring Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications and analytical and problem-solving skills. Technically you have strong knowledge across multiple development languages, integrations and APIs, programming and scripting, data governance and compliance standards and experience with cloud-based ECM solutions. What you need to know about the role Reporting to the Development Team Leader, you will be the go-to expert for the technical support, configuration, and maintenance of our ECM systems. The role will involve leveraging your expertise to build, maintain, and enhance critical internal business processes associated with our ECM platforms. Working in collaboration with the Operations and Projects teams you will deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and support our business objectives.
