Position : Administration Assistant – People and Culture Location: Numurkah and Cobram EFT/Hours : 1.0 EFT (80 Hours Per Fortnight, including one ADO every four weeks) Status : Permanent Full Time Salary/ Hourly rate: $26.3650 - $31.0626 per hour depending on experience, plus 11.5% superannuation About the Role: NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant - People and Culture to join our People and Culture team. The Administration Assistant – People and Culture provides administrative support to the People and Culture team and the broader People and Culture Department including data entry into various databases, filing, onboarding, recruitment administration, and administration of the NCN People and Culture and Recruitment Inbox. This position works across NCN Health at both Numurkah and Cobram campuses, as rostered. What we are looking for: Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, or previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a HR environment. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a diverse range of people. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to navigate and learn a range of online systems to support onboarding of new staff to NCN Health.
