This supportive organisation is seeking an Administration All-Rounder to join their growing team in Malaga in a full-time capacity. The Role Reporting to the Administration Manager, your primary responsibility is to act as the first point of contact for all clients and technicians to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided. You will process all upcoming work orders and follow up with clients after the job has been completed. Utilising your excellent attention to detail, you will prepare client invoices, and process and receipt credit card payments. As you become familiar with the work orders and technicians, you will begin to schedule the technicians daily runs, ensuring they have all products and information required to complete the job successfully. Your additional responsibilities may include: Preparing and processing supplier credits and supplier invoices Reconciling monthly supplier statements Producing weekly Work in Progress (WIP) reports for major accounts Ordering office stationery and warehouse inventory Conducting monthly stock counts of office equipment This role presents a fantastic opportunity for career growth.
