Client Services, Loan Agency Administrator Location: Sydney, Australia Salary: Competitive Work Type: Hybrid Working The role of Client Services, Loan Agency Administrator Client Services are responsible for managing and processing all operational aspects of GLAS client transactions within specific deadlines. Each team member has responsibility for a specific portfolio of Loans / Bonds and is the primary operational contact for the Borrowers/Issuers and Lenders on these transactions. This role will be to support team members with the daily BAU tasks whilst also training for the Client Services Associate role. Responsibilities Assisting with drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixes, pre-payments, redemptions and maturities. Assisting with diary management to ensure BAU is being managed in a timely manner. Assisting with funds flow between Borrowers and Lenders. Calculating and payment of principal repayments, interest, commitment and other fees (including PIK and non-pro rata events). Assisting with preparing payments and making payments through GLAS’ transactional banking platforms, arranging foreign exchange transactions where appropriate. Inputting relevant data into the loan operations system Solvas. Generating notices to Borrowers and Lenders within specific timeframes. Receiving and checking SSI’s, initiating the call back process where necessary. Receiving and checking admin details, ensuring internal systems (including Solvas/Debtdomain) are kept up to date with any changes. Reconciling accounts ensuring no client account is overdrawn. Assisting with transfers and the collection of transfer fees. Basic understanding of deal documentation for inputting into internal systems. Dealing with audit requests. Assisting the Client Services Administrator with missing notification chasers and any other query that they forward on. Timely escalation of relevant matters to Team Leader and/or Managers. Due diligence with regards to potential fraud, money laundering, and both financial and reputational risk to GLAS. All staff members are expected to take a block of leave of at least 10 day’s duration each year, unless they obtain management exception.
