This role offers a great opportunity to provide vital HR support in a dynamic workplace. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, organising pre-employment checks, and preparing onboarding documents. Manage employee records by preparing new employee packs, maintaining files, and updating data in the information system. Assist with learning and development activities, such as booking venues, setting up training rooms, managing schedules, recording attendance, and preparing training materials. Handle purchase orders for the HR team and respond to HR enquiries. Support the preparation of HR documentation and correspondence, conduct basic research, and assist in developing reports. Ideal Candidate: Experience in high-level administrative tasks with strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines. Proficiency in computer systems, particularly corporate management information systems. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
