Cardijn College is seeking a passionate Daily Organiser and RTO Admin Officer to ensure our Marcellin Campus runs smoothly and efficiently. Position Overview In this permanent role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week across 41 weeks a year, supporting a healthy work live balance Your role will coordinate daily staff replacements and provide essential administrative support to the RTO and Marcellin Campus. The role will be instrumental in optimising our staffing levels and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Staff Absence Coordination: Manage and organise staff replacements for planned and unplanned absences, ensuring optimal student learning. Administrative Support: Oversee daily attendance procedures, maintain accurate data, and provide administrative assistance to the RTO and Marcellin Campus, including record management and claims reconciliation. General Administration: Support front reception during breaks and staff absences, and perform other administrative tasks as required. About You Proven experience providing high-quality administration services with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills, capable of handling competing priorities and deadlines. Well-versed in administrative systems, and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee, student, and family information. Active support for the Catholic ethos and the College's Mission and Values.
