$500M turnover commercial builder requires high-performing Project Administrator on major Government project Our Client is a high-profile, well known multi-disciplinary builder that turns-over $500M annually delivering projects across all major market sectors. They have a major Government project about to hit delivery just off the CBD, so are looking to secure the services of a highly capable Project Administrator. Based on-site in the project site-office the successful candidate's duties will include: Administrative support - maintain project documentation. Prepare & distribute meeting agendas and minutes and follow up action items. Assist the project manager in monitoring project schedules & deadlines. Assist in preparation of project proposals, budgets & financial reports. Coordination - assist the project manager to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in communicating & engaging with consultants, contractors and suppliers. Schedule and organise project meetings, site visits and inspections. Documentation & reporting - assist in compiling project progress reports and updating project status. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date and stored appropriately. Financial administration - assist the project manager in the monitoring of project expenditures and budgets. Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders and other project documentation. Various ad-hoc administrative tasks To be considered you will have previous experience in an administrative role within the commercial and/or residential construction sectors. You will have high-level IT skills with extensive experience using all Microsoft programs. In return, the successful candidate will receive a permanent position on a 2-year project with one of the best employers in Town.
