About the role Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all lease information is reviewed, updated and obligations are met as a tenant. What you would do in this role Preparation of lease sanctions Review of draft leases Updating and maintain property leasing information Processing of payments for leases and facility maintenance Preparation of accrual journals, monthly reconciliations and variations, as well as reporting and analysis on expenses, budgets and forecasts Liaising with our Internal teams as well as external property lawyers, landlords, maintenance providers How can I tell if this is for me? Accounting knowledge Commercial Property management experience Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite skills Knowledge of PEPS (EPS) property software Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration abilities What's in it for you?
