Due to expansion, Sure People Solutions is seeking an experienced office all-rounder. We are seeking someone who has experience using MYOB, Excel and is confident with all Microsoft software. On offer: Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm) Located 5 mins from Cockburn Shopping Centre ASAP Start Fortnightly payroll On-going support and training Free on-site parking About the role: The main duties required but not limited to: General administrative duties including answering emails, dealing with walk-ins and answering the office phone Processing timesheets each week (Monday/Tuesdays) Data Entry Assisting with accounts and payroll enquiries ADHOC duties for the office (ordering stationary, collecting PPE etc) Skills and Experience: In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued: Confident, friendly phone manner MYOB Experience Previous experience working in a similar role within the construction industry Strong Customer Service Skills Strong attention to detail Outstanding communication (verbal and written) Team player Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships with clients and candidates
