You'll be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the organization's ICT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and peripheral systems such as CCTV and Nurse Call. You'll enjoy the daily customer interaction to scope and implement solutions, support network and systems whilst acting as an escalation point for incidents and mentoring junior team members. Key responsibilities will include: Design, implement, and support network and systems infrastructure across all current and future sites. Maintain and configure all network devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points and firewalls. Maintain and configure all telephony systems, in partnership with providers. Maintain and configure all systems, including Windows and Database Servers, Citrix CVAD, appliances, VMware ESX, including physical server hardware. Maintain and configure all Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management. Manage and support CCTV and Nursecall systems. Provide escalation support and mentoring to the Service Desk. Maintain or create documentation for all designed and current infrastructure. What will you bring to the role? Demonstrated experience across network technologies including switches, routers, and firewalls Windows Server Platforms and their Products (Active Directory, O365, Exchange, SQL, etc.) Cloud networking exposure including AWS, Azure and integration with on-premises environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to proactively seek out new technologies and solutions to address business needs Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small multi skilled team, contributing to team outcomes. Experience in the Aged or Health Care Industry (desirable) Experience in an enterprise environment (desirable) Who is Southern Cross Care Queensland?
