The Role Contract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, from procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations and more. You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on Design issues and remedies. You will be based out of the central Brisbane office and travel to site as and when required. Your initial project will be a luxury apartment project in central Brisbane that sits around $70m in value. About You The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 5 years experience working on similar size projects. You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy and integrity to want to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment Remuneration There is a salary package of up to $200k for the right candidate.
