A newly created role for a data driven administrator to support the warranty and maintenance function of the business. Today we employ over 1,800 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country. The Role: Our Parts department in our Brisbane workshop has an opening for an Administrator. This role would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in a Parts, Stores, Warranty, or General Admin and excels in the areas of data entry. We are a people centric business, full of no-nonsense and committed individuals and are looking for someone cut from this same cloth. As such, for our preferred candidate we are open to flexible office-based work hours, including part time and school hours, through to full time. Your main responsibilities will include: Manage warranty claims and parts returns Daily monitoring and management of multiple email boxes Raising purchase orders for vendors Australia wide Processing invoices for payment Part administration – ordering and receival Maintaining and filing of service records Any Adhoc administrative tasks required by the National Spare Parts Manager About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: A customer service focus and strong relationship management. Proven high volume data entry experience. Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office Demonstrated ability to work accurately at speed. Self-motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomy Delivery of self-manage workloads and assigned accountabilities. Previous experience in a workshop or dealership will be highly regarded.
