Reporting to our National Operations Delivery Manager, your role will assist with day-to-day operations across our business (Aus and NZ), ensuring that everything you are involved in (from processes through to objectives) are on point and delivered. As part of this will involve you working closely with other key areas and our valued clients. Here's a sneak peak at some of your duties: Administer and maintain our Opmetrix reporting system Regular communication with our staff and valued clients to ensure everyone is updated, feeling loved and connected Timely, clear and concise communication sets us apart - integrate this in every part of your role Maintain accurate and up to date data and record keeping Collaborate with key internal/external stakeholders to ensure that all goals and objectives are on track and are met Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Provide timely feedback and ideas to your leader to further enhance the heart of our business About You: Proven experience in an Operations/Administration role at the operations heart of a business Experience working in the Retail or Hardware Industry especially in a Bunnings store will be highly regarded Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills and actively contribute in meetings Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders Capability of working within a team environment and autonomously Flair for system improvements with strong computer literacy including experience with MS office product Understand the value of collaboration, teamwork, timely decision making and real time feedback Proven experience to go the extra mile with delivery service standards Benefits & Perks: Be part of a Fun and Dynamic team Onsite cafe free parking finish at 3pm on Fridays Career progression opportunities Generous Discounts available via our Employee Portal inc.
