Your New Opportunity Reporting to the Corporate service Director, the IT Officer will be the ‘go to’ person partnering and supporting all departments across the agency, ensuring that our IT is operating smoothly to support our teams and the great work they do. The IT Officer is responsible for leading day to day IT operations and providing executive and administrative support where required, working with outsourcing provider and Cheil HQ in South Korea. Description What you’ll be doing Provide day to day support of Cheil's IT administration and operations in collaboration with an outsourced provider (who looks after the network and server) and HQ. Provide day to day support of Cheil's IT Operations Process onboarding and offboarding for employees Ensure that IT equipment is set up for all new employees Maintaining the security and integrity of the company's IT systems Manage and procure new hardware, following the appropriate approval process Document all IT procedures, SOP, systems and infrastructure Install and administrate servers, laptops and PCs including operating systems and applications Provide support for end users and apply software security patches and upgrades Planning and delivery of IT projects, both technical and applications, on time in line with business requirements Facilitate ad hoc requests for both PC and Apple environments Assist/support the third party IT provider with the; installation and configuration of network switches, routers and firewalls daily system monitoring of servers, LAN, WAN and telecoms configuration and maintenance of the company's network and server infrastructure operating systems About You 3 years’ experience within a similar role Korean speaking advantageous Degree qualified in related discipline (Information Technology, Science or Computer Science) Working knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS The ability to actively listen and anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience Skills And Experiences Life at Cheil At Cheil, we truly value our people and promote a healthy, collaborative and supportive culture.
