This role will see you overseeing the construction delivery of building packages as a Senior Contracts Administrator, managing subcontractors and service suppliers, involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy. You will be managing & developing a team as well. Skills And Experiences To succeed in this role, you will have: Qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc) Previous on-site construction delivery experience 5 years at least. Experience being the financial lead of projects Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally Prior suitable experience in a reputable construction/interiors/fit out organization is a must Excellent communication skills are essential Would you like to join a team that really makes a difference?
