We are seeking to employ an onsite Systems Administrator to join our head office team in Caringbah, reporting to the IT Manager. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing IT Support to our Australian and New Zealand employees. A keen interest in working on larger IT projects and implementation which will include a future transition to SAP Hana S4. The duties include but do not limit: Pronto ERP System support, Cognos Reporting, Trueforms Printing. SAP Hanna S4 Project/Implementation (Future Implementation) Documenting and scoping Shimano Business Processes for SAP Hana S4 Future implementation. Deliver 2nd level remote hardware and software/OS support services to staff in Australia and NZ to resolve product use, problems and questions relating to enterprise systems, networks, and application software, as well as desktop & Mobile phone applications. Office 365 Support/Maintenance with Japan Support office Responsible for user administration & monitoring of servers. Perform daily checks on servers and analyse logs. Coordinate critical customer issues as well as new product and/or system implementations. Document BAU Practices Incident management (BAU Incidents Break/Fix) and change management (BAU Changes – Patching/Firmware changes). Relay alerts and situation status information to both client and 3rd party Vendors. Provide training to End Users for Shimano Business applications. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience in: SAP Hana S4 Knowledge/Experience Pronto ERP Knowledge/Experience Windows Servers 2019/2022 (mandatory) Hyper-V (mandatory) Active Directory (mandatory) Palo Device support Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, training Users on the Applications and systems DNS, DHCP. Service Requests, Incident and Change Management Freshworks/(SNOW) or any other ticketing systems. Previous experience in a BAU server support role is preferred. 5 days per week on site.
