YCSS supports a range of different placement options including respite care, crisis/emergency accommodation and longer-term placements which fosters professional growth for our Residential Youth Support Workers. If you want to support those who make a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families, be challenged and feel invigorated in the work you do, come and work with us Essential Requirements: Minimum one year experience in an administration position (preferably Human Resources) Current Paid Blue Card or ability to obtain Current Queensland Driver Licence Ability to complete and pass a Licensed Care Service screening check (LCS) (Please note that this check can take 4 weeks to be processed) The willingness to participate in an on call rotational roster (minimum once per month) for rostering About you: You have attention to detail You are resilient, confident and are a strong team player You have excellent time management skills and can prioritise and juggle tasks dependant on the requirements and direction from your manager You have strong written, face to face and verbal communication skills and can communicate well with a variety of departments and employees You have excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, database maintenance and basic IT systems You have a can-do attitude and are willing to work within a team environment to achieve positive outcomes About the Role: Responsible for the upkeep of employee’s certifications and training to comply with licensing Provide a wide range of human resource operational and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources team Undertake all general administrative duties for the HR team, including but not limited to digital filing, photocopying, scanning and formatting of documents Responsible for the upkeep of employee’s certifications and training to comply with licensing standards Respond to HR enquiries, referring matters to the appropriate HR team member when necessary Prepare for inductions, including but not limited to, onboarding new employees, preparing the induction room and any other relevant duties as directed by the HR manager Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested and directed by the HR Manager, including any ad-hoc duties as required Why work for YCSS?
