You are excited when it comes to balancing customer expectation and following correct procedures and protocols. You will undertake the following duties: Completion of monthly reporting in spread sheets and financial systems. Ordering of job materials. Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Creation of PO’s and sub-contractor management. Submission of OHS& QA documents to clients before the commencement of works. UCS of financial systems and reporting. Assist in the planning, implementation and invoicing of projects. Maintain and update project documentation and records. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. Support relevant Project Manager in tracking project milestones and deliverables. Prepare and distribute project reports and presentations. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Other generalized administration activities. Skills And Experiences The person we are looking for: Punctual Self-Motivated with the ability to multitask Strong problem-solving skills Driver’s License: Hold and maintain a Victorian Drivers Licence Proficient with Microsoft Office applications At least 2 years’ experience of project administration, preferably within a construction or trades based business Strong communication skills and able to work collaboratively across all levels of the business Able to work independently and as part of a team WHY WORK FOR US – the perks and benefits To our people, UCS is more than an employer, we are a large family community where people want to build lifelong friendships and long term careers.
