Mid-sized Engineering consultancy The Company: This well-established mid-sized engineering consultancy provides engineering solutions for various project sectors. Based in inner city and close to tram links, this is a well established business with a good reputation. The Role: You will coordinate the preparation, collation, formatting and submission of high-quality proposals, bids, capability statements, presentations, documents and other business development material. Please note: This role will be working in the office full time. What will you be doing? Work within timelines and ensure tender deadlines are met Produce presentations and various documents Manage the post submission process, including clarifications, schedule resubmissions. Attend bid meetings, taking minutes and follow up on outstanding items Assist with the development of content and communication for website and social media Monitoring of various tender search websites and portals for potential project opportunities Undertake other general administration as required What do you need to succeed? Experience in a similar Bid Administrator position in the built/natural environment industry is ideal, but not essential Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office Adobe Creative skills - specifically Indesign preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication is required.
