As Sales Development Representative , you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, drive sales growth and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Effective management of a defined portfolio of accounts and nurturing existing client relationships Build multi-level customer relationships Achieve financial and non-financial quarterly targets consistently Proactively maintain communication channels with clients via phone, email or face-to-face meetings Clearly communicate and update clients on any new products, programs or marketing initiatives Access company CRM systems to understand analytics about customers and contracts Create reports for senior leadership Support the national sales function, attend sales meetings and deliver both financial and non-financial KPI’s Act as the point of contact if clients have any issues and help them work through problems Who we are looking for You are self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team. You have a track record of focusing on creating great outcomes for your customers and love to see their success. Experience and skills Approximately 1 to 2 years experience in a sales or client services role Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English – essential Confident in communicating with clients via email and over the phone - essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce or similar) - ideal Exceptional attention to detail Highly organised - you will thrive on juggling priorities, meeting deadlines and managing client expectations A team player – ability to support your colleagues and help out where needed In return, you will have the opportunity to work in an interesting, high-growth industry and be rewarded for building and owning strong client relationships.
