We’re looking for a Sales & Contract’s Administrator to join our high performing New Building Solutions team in Port Melbourne , to provide valued administrative and operational support to our NBS sales team and to our customers. What will you be doing? Providing administrative support to the New Building Solutions Sales team. Project invoicing and billing management. Data entry and processing Sales Records in Salesforce. Manage Sales inquiries for New Building Solutions. Assist the Sales team with contract and administration tasks. Formalized handover from Sales to Operations. Liaising internally with Sales, legal & operational stakeholders. Assisting Operations with customer drawing approval including interior selections. Are you the one? Strong interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset Previous experience in a sales administration or contract administration processing role desirable Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates drive and persistence and consistently strives to meet goals Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP – advantageous High level of energy and professionalism A proactive, can-do attitude What we offer?
