Come along on this ride to help small businesses turn their dreams into a reality About the role We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused ICT Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle and will be promoting and selling our range of ICT products and services to businesses. They will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Generate revenue from all leads including new business, recycling and upselling opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understanding business needs and proposing Lawpath’s unique software solutions Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding the customer base. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities through our CRM system (Salesforce). To be successful, you will need: Effective verbal communication skills for phone-based interactions are crucial for this role. Demonstrated strength in sales with the ability to successfully close deals. Development of quick knowledge growth in Lawpath products and services Proven track record of meeting individual revenue targets, preferably in a B2B setting. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Exceptional attention to detail. Quick learning and proficient use of diverse systems.
