More About the Role at Myob About The Role Join MYOB as an Acquisition Sales Specialist in our team and drive revenue growth by winning new Enterprise / SME customers within the Accounting and Professional Services sector. You'll manage a dedicated portfolio of customers in a specific territory, leveraging both marketing campaigns and your self-driven efforts. With full responsibility for qualifying, pursuing, and closing deals, you'll play a key role in our fast-paced, high-growth sales team. What you'll be focused on - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by creating value for customers and managing the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing - Proactively plan, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring effective gap and upside strategies are in place - Leverage marketing campaigns to identify and curate opportunities within your assigned territory - Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns that align with agreed sales and customer outcomes - Deliver professional presentations and proposals using Sales Enablement tools, clearly outlining the customer return on investment - Monitor customer feedback and competitor activity, sharing insights to enhance our go-to-market approach What we'd love to see from you - A business development professional with 4 years of experience, ideally within a global software or SaaS environment - Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and driving high-volume transactional sales - Experience in ERP, Payroll, WFM, Practice Management, and/or Financial Services sales, particularly within the accounting or professional services sectors - Strong background in campaign-driven sales, managing MQLs, and opportunity management - Expertise in value-based selling to SME customers, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders - Marketing and lead generation experience is highly desirable Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
